Mr. Mancuso co-founded and has served as Chief Executive Officer for Automotive Warranty Solutions, LLC since January 2005.

He started the company in January 2005. By the year ending December 2007 the company has grown to over 95 employees and revenues in excess of $35,000,000.00.

Prior to co-founding Automotive Warranty Solutions, LLC, Mr. Mancuso served as the National Sales Manager of First Warranty Group, Inc. from 1998 until 2002. First Warranty Group, Inc. is an administrator and direct marketer of service contracts for the automotive and recreational industries, and a recognized leader in the marine warranty business. At First Warranty Group, Inc. Mr. Mancuso was well respected and shattered national sales records and is widely considered the preeminent warranty salesperson in the county. After setting new performance standards, growing the company and doubling its annual revenues, he served as its Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from July 2002 until December 2004.

From 1993 until 1998, Mr. Mancuso served as Vice President Sales for Lens Express Inc. During Mr. Mancuso's tenure, Lens Express Inc. was named by Inc. Magazine as one of the 500 fastest growing private companies in the United States for three consecutive years. Sales revenue grew from less than $10,000,000 to in excess to $50,000,000 and the company was subsequently acquired by 1-800-Contacts.

Mr. Mancuso is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University with a degree in Business Administration.

Scott Hirsch is the Chairman and Co- Founder of  Warranties For Less. For the past three years Scott Hirsch has served as Chairman of Automotive Warranty Solutions, a leading direct marketer of automobile service contracts with 2007 revenue in excess of thirty five million dollars. Prior to A.W.S., Mr. Hirsch was the founder and CEO of Relationserve Media a highly successful permission based internet marketing company. Relationserve Media went public thru a reverse merger structured by Lehman Brothers and was later acquired by Come and Stay. Scott Hirsch was an internet marketing industry pioneer, founding eDirect in 1998 that would later merge with and be known as Naviant. Naviant was a first of it's kind multi channel, permission based marketing company. Naviant introduced several of today's most widely used permission based email acquisition techniques and the concept of email append. Naviant was sold to credit giant, Equifax for one hundred and thirty five million dollars. Hirsch was also the Chief Marketing Officer for Seisint a data aggregator and repository that was sold to Lexis Nexus for in excess of six hundred million dollars. Scott Hirsch started in direct marketing in 1986 with Lens Express. As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer he grew Lens Express from inception to over fifty million dollars in annual revenue at the time of it's sale in 1996. Lens Express was rated as one of the five hundred fastest growing companies by Inc. Magazine for three consecutive years in 1993, 1994 and 1995. Lens express was then acquired by 1-800-Contacts.

Kobi Chukran joined AWS in 2005 after being recruited from RelationServe, where he led the company's marketing and operations efforts, driving the planning, fulfillment and management of thousands of successful marketing campaigns for fortune-500 clients. RelationServe Media is an interactive marketing agency specializing in results oriented online & offline marketing solutions and owns the industry's largest email / append Database with over 120 million opt-in records. RelationServe went public in March 2005 during a merger with SendTec.

At AWS, Kobi shares responsibility for all day-to-day call center operations as well as oversee all Marketing activities to help drive customer acquisitions through the development, and execution of multiple marketing platforms including telemarketing, opt-in email, search engine, and multi-channel Affiliate programs. In addition, Kobi heads all IT and web-development efforts for AWS.

Previously, Kobi served as the Marketing Director for Diamond.com and Equifax Marketing Services a division of Equifax, where he was instrumental in the development of the company's overall marketing efforts in addition to managing all media-buying, search marketing division, web development department and affiliate channels.

Kobi is a graduate of O.R.T. Israel and serves on the board of directors for the Salant Foundation - a non profit organization offering free and effective tools for character refinement, improved personal relationships, and spiritual inspiration.
